The Jeep Kitchen
Overlanding is self-reliant travel to remote destinations where the journey is the goal.
I love nature and especially enjoy camping in very remote places. I used my Jeep to explore California, Nevada and Utah. I want to cover the rest of the US, Canada and South America eventually. I have been preparing “Oscar”, my jeep, with an integrated roof tent and a kitchen setup:
I designed the kitchen in CAD first.
Only Home Depot’s finest plywood was good enough.
The CNC router was especially helpful, drilling holes in precise locations.
The double slide system allows for a stove and prep surface right next to each other.
A couple hours in the shop and 1000 screws later: First fit check!
